Ariel - Singer and Songwriter

Profile Ariel is an aspiring singer-songwriter with an insatiable love for music. Experience She has performed at various gigs as well as local pubs, weddings shows and charity events.
She was also one of the top 40 finalists of Mediacorp's "Live The Dream", a reality TV talent show in 2007. She is currently a vocal instructor at Replugged Music. Education She was trained in local music schools, including Lee Wei Song Music School and Replugged Music. Among her instructors included Nicole Lai and Juliet Pang. In 2007, she was among a selected few who had the opportunity to participate in Ocean Butterflies' singer training programme, which had produced local talents such as JJ Lin and Ah Du.
She later branched out of Chinese, Cantonese and Japanese pop music and pursued her interest in soft rock, jazz and bossa nova. She has also recently started experimenting with R&B and soul, in the style of Alicia Keys and Joss Stone. Skills She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
She has also been learning to play the piano since 2008 and now shares a passion for composing.
